   The story takes place aboard the Orient Express train traveling from Istanbul to Calais. The train gets stuck due to heavy snow, and a wealthy American businessman named Ratchett is found murdered. The famous detective Hercule Poirot is asked to investigate the case. He interrogates the passengers, each of whom has secrets and possible motives. Poirot must piece together the clues to solve the mystery and identify the killer.
