Every
Day a Good Day Adapted from Noriko Morishita’s celebrated essay, this gentle,
meditative drama follows Noriko, a university student struggling to find her
purpose. At her mother’s suggestion, she enrolls in traditional Japanese tea
ceremony classes taught by the elegant and insightful Mrs. Takeda. Despite
initial reluctance, Noriko gradually discovers meaning, mindfulness, and inner
peace through the disciplined rituals of tea preparation. Over years of
classes, tea becomes a sanctuary—helping her navigate loss, self-doubt, and
life’s transitions. A reflective, beautifully filmed story about growth,
