 นั้นยังมีนิตยสารในเครือซึ่งเป็นเหมือนญาติสนิทอีก2เล่มนั่นคือHAMBUGERและKnock Knock!อะบุ๊กมีโอกาสรวมเล่มคอลัมน์จากอะเดย์เป็นประจำและจากแฮมเบอร์เกอร์บ้างตามโอกาส ส่วนKnock Knock!นั้นยังไม่เคยใช้บริการรวมเล่มจากอะบุ๊กเลยด้วยเหตุผลที่มาลองนั่งนึกดูแล้ว

 ก็นึกไม่ออกว่าทำไมเหมือนกัน แต่มาวันนี้อะบุ๊กซึ่งเป็นเหมือนน้องชายคนเล็กของครอบครัวเดย์โพเอทส์ก็กำลังจะมีน้องสาวกับเขาบ้างpolkadot

 เป็นSister Brand ที่เกิดจากการพูดคุยกันระหว่างพวกเราสมาชิกในบ้านหลายคนฝ่ายและในที่สุดพวกเราก็ตกลงกันว่าต้นฉบับเที่ยวโตเกียวที่

 ตุ๊กตา-พนิดา บรรณาธิการบริหารนิตยสารKnock Knock! แอบเขียนไว้และแอบเอามายื่นให้อ่านอย่างเหนียมๆนี่แหละที่เหมาะจะเป็นเล่ม

Abook Publishing was born alongside a day magazine, growing and tagging along like brothers. Even today, they still run around and chase each other in good fun. Beyond that, there are two other closely related magazines in the family—HAMBURGER and Knock Knock! Abook has regularly had the chance to compile column collections from a day, and occasionally from HAMBURGER as well. As for Knock Knock!, it has never had a compiled volume published by Abook—and when I sit down to think about the reason, I honestly can’t quite figure out why either.

 But today, Abook—like the youngest brother in the Day Poets family—is about to have a little sister of its own. Polkadot is a sister brand born from many conversations among members of our household. In the end, we all agreed that this Tokyo travel manuscript—quietly written and shyly handed over by Tukkata–Panida, editor-in-chief of Knock Knock!—was the perfect book to serve as Polkadot’s debut title.
