As I journeyed far… all the way to Tibet, in search of the horizon of the world’s rooftop—a horizon no one truly knows exists or not—my goal was to witness the vastness of the world and to touch the lives of many different people.Yet what I discovered instead was a path thatgrewnarrower,and narrower…until it brought me face to face with my own breath,in a state where I was forced to remain with thatbreath alone.In that moment, it led me… to another path.A path that was near—so very near—right at the tip of my nose.It was like a mountain hidden by a strand of hair.That path taught me how to let go of the external worldand turn inward,to look at what lies within.Through it, I came to know myself,to touch my own spirit—giving rise to pride and faith in myself.And that, I learned,is a discovery both immense and profoundly difficultfor the art of living.
